Can I open a locker remotely if a user needs assistance?
Of course! With the gateway, Lockerfy goes online to provide remote opening from a computer or mobile phone. In addition, the administrator can view real-time audits and monitor battery status.
What happens if the batteries run out?
No problem! When the battery is below 10%, Lockerfy doesn't allow closing to prevent you from being locked out. In any case, it can be connected to an external power supply for emergency opening: RJ-45 in the BLE version and micro USB in the keypad version.
Can I use temporary or one-time PINs?
Yes. Lockerfy supports permanent, temporary, cyclical and one-time PINs. Additionally, you can add this option even to BLE versions without an integrated keypad, using the FreePad wireless keypad.
